Job Summary

We are seeking experienced professionals from the ship repair or shipbuilding industry to join a leading marine company. Candidates with prior Middle East/Gulf experience will be preferred. The role involves coordinating marine maintenance, repair, and operational activities while supporting project execution and vessel maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Provide technical support and guidance to operational teams
n
- Assist in preparing Project Work Packs and operational instructions
n
- Support planning and execution of maintenance activities for vessels and marine equipment
n
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) regulations and company policies
n
- Coordinate and schedule project activities to meet operational deadlines
n
- Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules and critical timelines
n
- Track project progress, costs,



and resource utilization
n
- Evaluate and update project forecasts based on actual progress and expenses
n
- Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and management for smooth project execution
n
- Maintain accurate project, maintenance, and operational documentation
n

Requirements

n

n
- Diploma/Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred
n
- 4+ years of experience in ship repair, shipbuilding, marine maintenance, or dry dock operations
n
- Candidates with Middle East/Gulf experience will be preferred
n
- Strong understanding of marine engineering operations and maintenance planning
n
- Ability to manage project schedules, timelines, and operational activities
n
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
n
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and compliance requirements
