We are currently seeking a Full Time Permanent staff member to join our team based at our offices in Sunshine.
Customer Experience Project Officer
The role
Reporting to the Coordinator Customer and Digital Experience, we are seeking a Customer Experience Project Officer who can bring their skills and experience for:
- Working with Customer and Digital Experience Leads to execute customer experience projects, aligning with the Customer Experience Charter and organisational goals.
- Define and manage project scopes, schedules, milestones, resources, risks, and implementation plans in consultation with Leads.
- Track project performance, identify risks and issues, take corrective actions, and elevate when necessary.
- Support program data collection, governance, reporting, and evaluation.
To be considered you will have
- Degree or diploma in project management, business, service design, digital transformation, data analysis or a related discipline, and some relevant experience.
- Alternatively,
lesser formal qualifications combined with substantial relevant experience in customer experience, project delivery, service improvement or digital transformation.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating projects or significant project workstreams involving multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience analysing data and preparing evidence-based reports and recommendations.
