Quick Response Carers is seeking a Service Coordinator for Bundaberg to lead NDIS and Aged Care services in the region. You will oversee daily operations, manage a small team of Support Workers, and ensure high-quality client outcomes in a serviced CBD office.
You will engage with participants and families, coordinate rosters, and supervise service delivery while maintaining solid relationships with stakeholders. A Diploma or higher in Community Services or related field is preferred.
