Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team based out of Truganina, VIC, operating from our modern, built-for-purpose facility.

About The Role

n

This is a dynamic field-based position where you will deliver high-quality service to our customers through breakdown support, diagnostics, fault finding and preventative maintenance.

n

You'll be supported by our national coordination team and experienced supervisors, equipped with the latest tools and mobile technology to efficiently manage your day.

n

Approximately 90% of your time will be spent travelling to customer sites across the region,



with the support of our purpose-built Truganina facility.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n
- Diagnosing and resolving breakdowns in the field
n
- Performing scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
n
- Conducting fault finding across mechanical and hydraulic systems
n
- Delivering safe, professional and customer-focused service
n
- Collaborating with workshop and technical teams on larger repairs
n

About You

n
- Mechanical Trade Certificate (all mechanical trades considered)
n
- Experience working on fixed or mobile plant equipment, automotive or similar
n
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
n
- Current Australian driver's licence
n
- Commitment to safe work practices and good communication skills
n
- Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening
n
- Full working rights in Australia
