Protech is currently seeking a Project System Representative (PSR) to join our client, a commercial business within the Department of Transport and Main Roads, supporting the delivery of road infrastructure and maintenance projects across Queensland.

n About the Role. As a Project System Representative, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery teams by maintaining project information, managing system data, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of reporting processes.

Responsibilities

- Maintaining project management systems and databases
n
- Coordinating the collection, validation, and reporting of project information
n
- Supporting project teams with system processes, documentation, and compliance requirements
n
- Monitoring project data to ensure accuracy and quality
n
- Preparing reports and providing insights to support decision‐making
n
- Liaising with project personnel and stakeholders to resolve system‐related issues
n




- Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery systems
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Experience in project administration, project controls, business systems, or a similar role
n
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities
n
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment
n
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and reporting tools
n
- Experience within construction, civil infrastructure, engineering, or government environments will be highly regarded
n
