Overview

We are seeking an experienced Practice Development Manager to join our leadership team. This role works alongside the directors and Practice Manager, with a strong focus on strategic growth, systems improvement, and patient-centred business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategies for growth and service expansion.
n
- Review and improve clinical and business systems, processes, and KPIs.
n
- Drive initiatives in marketing, patient engagement, and referral growth.
n
- Monitor business performance and prepare detailed reports with insights.
n
- Build and maintain partnerships and professional networks.
n
- Support training, development, and staff engagement programs.
n
- Ensure compliance with AHPRA, ADA, and healthcare standards.

About You

n

- Proven track record in business development and practice growth within the dental industry.
n




- Prior experience as a Business Manager or Senior Practice Manager in dentistry.
n
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
n
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dental practice management software (e.g. Exact).
n
- Results-driven with the ability to deliver measurable improvements.
