Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Project Coordinator/Officer. In this role you will play a key role in supporting the Program Manager in successfully delivering the Cyber Security and Document Management System (LDMS) projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities to ensure the successful delivery of the Cyber Security and LDMS projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools – JIRA and DevOps, or similar platforms such as MS Project or MS Teams Planner.
- Coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking actions to ensure accountability
- Identify, document, and monitor project risks and issues, escalating them to the Program Manager as required and assisting in the development of mitigation strategies.
- Support the planning and delivery of change initiatives and training sessions to ensure end-users are prepared for the transition to Cyber Security and LDMS Projects.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are understood and addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
About You:
- Support UAT coordination by scheduling sessions, tracking feedback, and ensuring defects are logged and followed up.
- Intermediate skills with various Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, SharePoint etc.)
- Communicate effectively with persons of various social, cultural, economic and educational backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
