About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead the execution of

Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects from contract signing through final acceptance. This individual will serve as the central point of coordination across stakeholders,

ensuring that all project delivery milestones, technical requirements, and contractual obligations are met—on time, on budget, and to spec.

This role is critical in driving successful delivery for our Independent Power Producer (IPP) and developer clients.

Key Responsibilities

Developing project plans:

Assist Sales team in developing project plans during RFP stage.

Project Onboarding:

Step in once the supply contract is signed between BESS supplier and IPP/developer.

Understand scope, deliverables, and contractual obligations.

Cross-functional Coordination:

Work closely with commercial, engineering, production, delivery, logistics, commissioning, and client teams to align on schedules and expectations.

Schedule & Milestone Management:

Develop and maintain detailed project timelines from production to delivery, commissioning,

and final acceptance. Ensure all contractual milestones are met.

Risk & Issue Management:





Identify risks and roadblocks early; proactively resolve issues and escalate when needed to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Stakeholder Communication:

Provide regular progress reports to internal teams and external clients. Host meetings to align expectations, flag changes, and confirm deliverables.Quality & Compliance:

Ensure that all work meets technical specifications, local regulations, and project QA/QC standards throughout the lifecycle.

Contractual Oversight:

Track key obligations and deliverables per the Master Supply Agreement or BSA contract.

Coordinate with legal and commercial teams to manage change orders or claims if needed.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in project or program management within the energy, renewables, or utility-scale infrastructure sector, preferably in Texas.
- Proven experience delivering complex, multi-phase hardware or equipment projects (BESS,

solar, or similar preferred).
- Strong understanding of project lifecycles: production, logistics, DDP, installation,

commissioning, and acceptance testing.
- Familiar with commercial contracts and the enforcement of contractual obligations, penalties,

and incentives.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills—able to manage diverse stakeholders across time zones.
- Strong management and interpersonal skills.
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is a plus.
- Engineering or technical background is advantageous.
