MEGA Resources has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Pronto Xi Specialist / System Administrator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day administration, support and performance of our Pronto Xi Cloud ERP environment.

Based full-time at our Perth office, you’ll be the first point of contact for Pronto-related issues across Finance, Maintenance, Distribution and Inventory, working closely with our Head of ICT Ops and Pronto Support to troubleshoot issues, manage system configuration and access, and keep the system running effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer Pronto Xi Cloud environments day-to-day, including user setup, security roles, licensing, access reviews and module configuration across Finance, Supply Chain, Facilities Management, Payroll, Reporting and other business functions.

- Triage, prioritise and resolve internal service desk requests, including data-entry issues, report requests, access problems and transaction errors, within agreed SLAs; escalate and track complex issues with Pronto Support and ERP consultants through to resolution.

- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards and data-integrity/exception reporting, along with minor form, screen and workflow configuration changes.

- Support Finance and Inventory teams through month-end and reporting cycles, helping maintain data integrity across key reconciliations and proactively identifying issues across finance, distribution and inventory modules.

- Coordinate,



test and support Pronto Xi version upgrades and patches prior to deployment, including troubleshooting data interfaces with other business systems and coordinating with external providers where required.

- Maintain system documentation, SOPs and knowledge-base resources, and deliver basic end-user training and refresher sessions for new starters and process changes.

- Manage timely user off-boarding and access controls to maintain Pronto Xi security, licensing and audit compliance.

- Support internal and external audits by extracting required data, reports and supporting evidence from Pronto Xi.

About you:

- 3–5 years' experience administering or supporting Pronto Xi in a business-as-usual capacity.

- Solid working knowledge of at least two of Finance, Distribution and Inventory modules.

- Comfortable working with ‘ManageEngine’ service desk/ticketing platform and managing competing priorities.

- Working knowledge of SQL, Cognos and Pronto's Report Writer for troubleshooting and building reports.

- A clear, patient communicator who can support non-technical staff without jargon.

- Confident working independently, with good judgement on when to escalate to vendor support.

- Experience in a mining, resources or other asset-heavy industry is highly regarded but not essential.

- A relevant tertiary qualification in IT, business systems or a related field is a plus, but strong hands-on experience will be considered equally.
