Our client is an established property services business that provides a range of support across property investment, finance, sales, and property management.

The Role

- Manage a well-maintained portfolio of approx. 150 properties
- Portfolio predominantly across Geelong with a small portion in the Bellarine
- End-to-end portfolio management
- VA support handling a large portion of the administration
- Manage your own leasing
- VCAT when required
- No Saturday opens
- Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

About You We're looking for someone with a great attitude first and foremost. You'll ideally have:

- Minimum 2 years' current Property Management experience
- Victorian Agents Representative Certificate
- Strong understanding of Victorian residential legislation
- Confidence managing an end-to-end portfolio
- VCAT experience
- A positive, flexible and team-focused approach
- Ability to work autonomously from home
- Your own reliable vehicle
- Ideally based in Geelong, Bellarine or Melbourne's West due to the location of the portfolio
