The Role

You’ll manage your own portfolio of approximately 70 properties, while also assisting the wider property management team as required. You’ll work closely with experienced Property Managers and have the support around you to develop your skills and confidence across all aspects of property management. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a portfolio of approximately 70 properties
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Handling day-to-day property management responsibilities
- Assisting the wider property management team
- Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Working closely with the Leasing Team

Importantly, there is:

- No weekend work
- No accounts
- Compliance already taken care of
- Dedicated Leasing support
- Offshore administration support

About You We’re looking for someone who already has Property Management experience and is ready to take the next step into portfolio management. You’ll be:

- Currently working in Property Management
- Confident communicating with landlords and tenants
- Organised and proactive
- Eager to learn and develop
- A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
- Looking for a long-term opportunity with genuine career progression
- A Certificate of Registration, car and drivers licnse is essential
