We're actively in search of an experienced Part-Time Property Manager to join our client's dynamic team. In this diverse role, you'll be responsible for managing a growing property portfolio, of predominately commercial assets and some residential dwellings within the group and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of the company's property interests. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys taking ownership of their portfolio and is looking to contribute to an established and expanding organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse internal property portfolio, including properties currently managed through external agents.
- Managing tenant matters including rental applications, lease agreements, arrears and Airbnb check-ins/outs.
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance and warranty matters across the property portfolio.
- Liaising with landlords,
tenants, agents, lawyers and other relevant stakeholders.
- Managing property-related matters including insurance, grants, tribunal applications, and attending on behalf of landlord AGMs and Owners Corporation meetings.
- Maintaining accurate property records and managing property outgoings within Re-Leased software.
- Providing general property administration and support as required.
Qualifications, Skills & Personal Attributes:
- Previous experience in Property Management or a similar property-focused role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and personable approach.
- A high level of accountability, responsibility and attention to detail.
- Strong administrative and record-keeping skills.
- Experience with Re-Leased or similar property management software would be highly regarded.
