You will join the team of Property Managers and manage a small portfolio of residential properties, supported by an experienced Department Manager and dedicated Leasing Consultant. This role is designed for an experienced Property Manager who wants to focus on quality property management and client service, without the pressure of weekends, routine inspections or leasing.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a small portfolio of residential properties
- Provide quality property management and client service
About you
- Minimum 2 years' property management experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Sound understanding of residential tenancy legislation and compliance
- Experience with Property Tree or similar software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Current Real Estate Licence or Assistant Agent Certificate
