About the Role
You will manage a residential portfolio of approximately 150 properties, supported by an experienced team, established processes and modern property management systems.
This is a full-time, five-day-per-week position based in a high-profile Lower North Shore location.
Your key duties will include:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Oversee the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio
- Conduct routine inspections and coordinate ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Prepare detailed and accurate condition reports
- Manage rental arrears and follow-up
- Conduct regular rent reviews and lease renewals
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
- Prepare management agreements and tenancy agreements
- Review and process tenancy applications
- Manage bond claims and related documentation
- Prepare for and attend NCAT hearings when required
- Liaise with insurers and assist with insurance-related matters
- Respond professionally to landlord and tenant enquiries
- Ensure all portfolio documentation and records are accurate and compliant
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- 1–3+ years of Property Management experience
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration / Assistant Agent Certificate or Real Estate Licence, as applicable
- Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional phone and email communication skills
- A proactive, positive and team-focused attitude
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills are highly regarded
