Property Manager | Inner City | Monday-Friday Only | 2 Days WFH | $100,000 + Commissions An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager or Property Manager to join a vibrant, modern team managing a high-end portfolio across Melbourne's inner-city suburbs.

This role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of 150-160 properties with a high level of autonomy, while also supporting the Head of Department and contributing to a team-oriented and supportive team environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Managing a portfolio of 150-160 properties
- Managing all aspects of end-to-end Property Management
- Overseeing leasing, maintenance, compliance and tenant communication
- Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Maintaining accurate property records and systems
- Supporting the Head of Department in overseeing a team of 6




- Assisting with team leadership and day-to-day Property Management operations
- Working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in end-to-end Property Management
- Senior Property Manager or experienced Property Manager background
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Property Tree, IRE and Inspection Express
- Proactive and personable approach
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Professional presentation and strong work ethic The Details:
