You will manage an established residential portfolio, with the majority of properties located across Adelaide's southern suburbs, together with a smaller number of properties in the CBD and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio while working alongside an experienced administration and property management team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage an established portfolio of residential properties
- Maintain robust relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conduct routine inspections
- Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Manage maintenance requests and coordinate contractors
- Manage lease renewals and rent reviews
- Attend to tenancy matters and arrears where required
- Ensure properties and tenancy processes comply with South Australian legislation
- Provide a high level of customer service to landlords and tenants
About you
- Current South Australian Property Manager Registration – Essential
- Previous residential Property Management experience
- Good knowledge of the SA Residential Tenancies Act
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage a portfolio independently
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Professional presentation and a positive, practical attitude
