Support Workers - Newcastle & Central Coast

We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team, supporting NDIS participants across Newcastle and surrounding areas.
About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to people living with disability, assisting with daily living, community access, personal care (where required), and helping participants achieve their individual goals while promoting independence and wellbeing.
What We're Looking For:

- Minimum 1 year experience as a Support Worker
- Passionate about providing quality, person-centred care
- Reliable, professional, and flexible
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Orientation Modules
- Infection Control Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Own reliable vehicle
- Full Australian working rights
