About the role and requirements

n

As a Visagio intern, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your critical thinking, problem‐solving abilities, and excellent oral and written communication skills as you engage with diverse audiences within your project team and with clients.

Internship Streams

n

n
- Management Consultant: majoring in Business or STEM‐related field with a strong analytical orientation.
n
- Technology Consultant: majoring in a STEM‐related field. Familiarity (not expertise) in programming languages such as Python, C#, R, or Java/JavaScript is expected.
n

n

Requirements: candidates must be penultimate university students with at least one year of availability for internships. Graduation must occur in late 2027 or mid‐2028. Final‐year students should not apply for this program.

n

Advantages

The program offers an ongoing paid part‐time position (minimum of 20 hours per week) and flexible work arrangements to accommodate university commitments. The internship is paid and includes real work experience in the chosen area of study.

Location and Visa

n

Domestic and international students based in Perth (WA) and Sydney (NSW) are welcome to apply,



provided you have a visa that allows you to work part‐time in Australia (e.g., Student Visa Subclass 500). We do not offer visa sponsorships for this position.

Attendance Requirements

n

In‐person attendance is required. A minimum 2‐day office attendance during the first months of the internship will be expected. You will need to relocate to Perth or Sydney at your own expense if you are not already based there.

Important Message for Applicants

Please ensure you are not in your final year of study when applying for the Internship Program. Final‐year students should instead apply for our parallel Graduate Program.

Application Process

n

n
- Application Period: 13.07 to 07.09 (11:59 pm AWST). Sign up to our talent bank and apply for one of the positions available: management consultant or technology consultant. Cover letter is not required.
n
- Online Tests / Video Submissions: 08.09 to 14.09 (11:59 pm AWST). Only candidates who meet the requirements will receive the test. Participation is mandatory and must be completed within the specified date window.
n
- Assessment Centre: Perth – 07.10, Sydney – 14.10. Candidates will be divided into groups to resolve and present a business case study within a defined time frame. The process generally takes 4–5 hours.
n
- In‐Person Interviews: Perth – 08.10 to 09.10, Sydney – 15.10 to 16.10. Candidates who pass the assessment centre stage will be invited to a 50‐minute interview with Visagio partners and consultants.
n
- Note: No AI usage or assistance is allowed during the interview process.
