Senior Performance and Reporting Analyst

This role supports the mass retail business by delivering accurate reporting, performance insights, and fundraising progress for the Community Retail & Supporter Experience (CR&SX;) department. You will lead the development and implementation of a robust performance reporting framework that ensures data integrity and provides actionable insights to key stakeholders.

In This Role, You Will

n

- Model business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
n
- Assess risks, issues, and benefits of proposed solutions and outline business impacts
n
- Develop functional specifications and cost estimates to support decision‐making
n
- Translate complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for all stakeholders
n
- Design and maintain data analysis and reporting systems for the department
n
- Ensure database accuracy through regular updates and error resolution
n
- Build and deliver insightful reports using Power BI and SQL, highlighting trends and key data points
n
- Communicate analysis findings clearly to managers and stakeholders
n
- Act as the primary point of contact and subject‐matter expert for reporting and data‐related queries
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders through regular engagement
n
- Manage and track key performance indicators across retail operations
n
- Support technology initiatives, automation projects, and process enhancements
n

Who You Are

n

You have solid analytical and organisational skills, can work with and analyse large sets of data, and thrive in a rapid‐paced, dynamic environment. You are able to multitask across campaigns and initiatives, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

n

n
- 3‐5 years of experience as a financial or business analyst
n
- Analytical skills that allow for the development of data‐driven reports
n
- Experience accessing databases and warehouses
n
- General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, processes and information flow
n
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritise projects to meet deadlines
n
- Knowledge of best practice for communicating and documenting key requirements and stakeholder feedback
n
- Prior experience analysing Microsoft Dynamics CRM and cloud‐based telephony platforms such as Genesys Cloud is viewed favourably
n
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Business Administration or similar
n
