About the Role:

n

As a Fishing Sales Assistant you'll be the go-to expert for all things fishing.

n

n
- Assist customers in selecting the right rods, reels, lures, accessories & more!
n
- Provide expert advice on local fishing spots, techniques, and tackle options
n




- Merchandise and maintain the fishing department to ensure it is fully stocked and visually appealing
n
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a great shopping experience
n

Who Are We Looking For:

- Passion for fishing - whether it's freshwater, saltwater, or sport fishing, we encourage it all!
n
- Strong communication skills in a friendly, approachable, and engaging manner
n
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge with customers and team
n
- Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive store setting
n
- Previous Experience: within stock, customer service, and sales within a fast-paced environment
n
- Business Acumen: understanding the local consumer market, products, and growth
n
