About the role

As a Software Implementation Consultant, you'll sit at the intersection of technology and business, helping clients translate complex processes into smart, scalable system configurations. We're looking for someone who loves solving problems, isn't afraid to dive into the code, and enjoys collaborating with both technical teams and customers.

What You'll Do

n

- Configure the platform: data models, workflows, business rules, and financial calculations.
n
- Analyze and transform data for system integrations.
n
- Test and validate solutions to ensure quality delivery.
n
- Work closely with clients and developers to translate requirements into technical action.
n
- Document changes, track progress, and help shape new product features.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Hands‐on coding experience (Java, C#, C++, Python, or similar OOP languages).
n




- A genuine passion for technology and curiosity about how things work.
n
- Strong logical thinking and problem‐solving skills.
n
- Experience with databases (SQL) and software configuration.
n
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders.
n
- (Bonus) Experience in general insurance, SaaS or complex rule‐based systems.
n

*University‐level coding experience is welcome along with 1‐2 years of commercial experience; what matters most is your curiosity, initiative, and drive to learn.
