The Heart of Your Role

n

n
- Develop client specific nursing care plans and provide clinical nursing oversight to our complex care clients and their teams
n
- Administer and manage clinical procedures e.g. tracheostomy/catheter/PEG management
n
- Plan, manage and deliver clinical training and assess staff competency
n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate consistency in care services
n
- Compile letters of support, NDIS plan reviews, and supporting documentation
n
- Supervise work and assure quality within care teams
n
- Provide personal care and assist with daily routines
n
- Monitor and review changes in client health, problem solve and treat accordingly
n
- Be included in the clinical on call roster to support the wider community-based team
n

Desired Skills And Experience

- Tracheostomy and ventilation management
n
- Enteral feeding and dysphagia management
n
- Seizure management
n
- Oral and nasal Suctioning
n
- Catheter and bowel care
n

n

Mandatory Requirements

n

n
- Current AHPRA Registration
n
- Complex care Adult and/or Paediatric experience
n
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse
n




- NDIS Worker Screening check
n
- Working with Children Check
n
- CPR certificate
n
- A valid driver's licence
n
- Right to work in Australia
n

- Deep Experience: At least 5 years as an Registered Nurse, with a loving background in complex adult or paediatric care.

- Clinical Confidence: Smooth skills in ventilation/tracheostomies, enteral feeding, seizure care, and bowel management.
n
- The Essentials: Current AHPRA registration, an NDIS Worker Screening, and a Working with Children check.
n
- On the Move: A valid driver's licence, current CPR certificate, and the right to work in Australia.
