The Opportunity:

As the Coordinator ICT, you'll play a key role in shaping how IT services are delivered at our Perth Head Office; driving consistency, improving performance, and embedding best-practice service management.

Leading a small team, you'll also bring a hands-on approach, stepping in when needed to support systems, resolve issues, and ensure seamless service delivery.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Coordinate end-to-end ICT service delivery, including incident, problem, and change management to ensure minimal disruption to operations
n
- Manage deployment of ICT changes in a controlled and risk-aware manner across systems and infrastructure
n
- Oversee service performance and availability, ensuring alignment with SLAs and operational requirements
n
- Maintain resilient ICT environments, including disaster recovery and business continuity readiness
n
- Lead end-user support and service request fulfilment, ensuring timely resolution and a solid user experience
n




- Supervise ICT vendors and outsourced partners, ensuring service quality and alignment to site needs
n
- Role model our core values and create a culture where every team member feels seen, supported, and valued.

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; ITIL certification preferred
n
- Experience leading or guiding small teams and vendors to deliver reliable ICT services
n
- Strong knowledge of ITSM (ITIL), including incident, problem, change, and SLA management
n
- Ability to coordinate ICT projects and initiatives to successful outcomes
n
- A growth mindset, with strong communication, stakeholder relationship-building skills.
