Day to Day key responsibilities include:

n

- Supporting children and families across home and community settings to navigate the NDIS and achieve meaningful outcomes.
n
- Conducting functional and standardised assessments in a variety of environments.
n
- Delivering tailored therapy programs aligned with each client's individual goals.
n
- Completing progress notes, reports, and documentation to professional and NDIS standards.
n
- Collaborating with families, support staff and multidisciplinary teams.
n
- Recommending assistive technology, equipment, and environmental modifications where required.
n
- Providing education and practical strategies to families, carers and support networks.
n
- Managing a flexible mobile caseload across the Gold Coast.
