About the role:

n

Our client is seeking a Scrum Master to join a high-impact Agile delivery team supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This contract role is ideal for an experienced Agile professional who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about enabling high-performing teams.

n

You'll play a key role in driving Agile practices, ensuring team delivery success, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Experience in banking or financial services is highly regarded, particularly where data integration and tools like Informatica are involved.

n

Key responsibilities:

n

n
- Facilitate core Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
n
- Proactively identify and remove blockers to enable consistent and efficient team delivery.
n
- Coach, support, and mentor cross-functional teams in Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, SAFe), and delivery best practices.
n
- Track sprint progress, manage delivery risks, and escalate issues where necessary to ensure project alignment.
n
- Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, developers, and testers to support end-to-end delivery.
n
- Promote team transparency and maintain communication flow across business and technical stakeholders.
n




- Support release and deployment planning activities, particularly in data-focused projects using tools such as Informatica.
n

To be successful in this role you will have:

n

n
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in enterprise environments.
n
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practical application of Scrum and related frameworks (e.g. SAFe, Kanban).
n
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and team empowerment skills.
n
- Ability to lead delivery in complex, regulated environments with multiple cross-functional teams.
n
- Clear and confident communication style with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
n
- Familiarity with deployment coordination and working closely with data engineering teams.
n
- Experience using Agile delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
n
- Previous experience in banking, insurance, or large-scale financial services environments.
n
- Exposure to Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud (IICS) or similar data integration tools.
n
- Understanding of data governance, ETL workflows, and dependencies across data pipelines.
n
- Experience supporting release and deployment activities alongside DevOps or release managers.
n
- Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or PMI-ACP.
