The Role:
n
Kempe Engineering have immediate opportunities for experienced casual Fitters, Boilermakers and Trades Assistants that have a proven track record performing site work, machinery installation and maintenance work on a large variety of fixed plant and equipment from the dairy, chemical, timber, pulp and paper, power generation and process industries.
n
Our clients are based within Northern & Western Melbourne regions.
n
Qualifications,
Skills & Experience:
n
n
- Australian recognized trade qualification in fitting or boilermaker
n
- Heavy industry experience as Trades assistant
n
- Solid understanding and awareness of HSE requirements, responsibilities and obligations
n
- Proven experience working in a similar role
n
- LF, EWP, WAH & Confined space certificates (preferred) but not essential
n
- An ability to proactively work in a fast-paced setting
n
- Disciplined attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Strong organizational and team working skills
n
- Work in an autonomous within dynamic and flexible teams
n
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical
n
- All suitably qualified and experienced candidates will be considered
