Mad Mex has a 12-month program that takes experienced hospitality operators from employed to owner. Nota maybe. Not “opportunities for the right person.” A plan with dates on it.

- Months 1–3: Learn our systems, our menu and our standards. Paid, at manager level - you don’t take a pay cut to do this.
- Months 4–8: Run a Mad Mex restaurant as your own. Full P&L; accountability, our support behind you.
- Months 9–12: Franchise readiness. Site selection, business planning, funding and finance structuring with our franchising team.
- Month 12: Handover. Your restaurant, your business, your upside.
We work with finance partners who understand the model, andwe’llhelp structure thefundingso ownershipisn’tgated behind a deposit youdon’thave yet.

- 3+ years running a pub, bar, QSR, café or restaurant - multi-site a bonus
