We're seeking Inbound Sales Consultants with a background in customer service or sales, alongside strong communication and computer skills, to join our expanding sales team representing a leading energy retailer!

n

The main mission of the Sales Consultant is to leverage their expertise to help customers identify their needs and transform these opportunities into sales, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

n





You will utilize your proven sales and service skills to showcase the value and benefits of our client's products and services.

What You'll Bring

- Demonstrated experience in a sales or service environment
n
- Motivated to deliver sales results and achieve Key Performance Indicator's (KPI's)
n
- Dedication to excellence in customer service in a high-pressure environment
n
- Able to navigate multiple systems and online tools
n
- Willingness to learn and maintain new skills
n
- Flexible and positive work approach and attitude
n
- Willingness to work onsite (Southbank location)
n
- Commitment to work on a rotating roster from 8.00am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday
n
