Job Description

Role: Site Supervisor
n Location: Condobolin
n Rate: from $40 per hour

n

This role contributes by:

n

- Supervising a team of grain handlers ensuring the site runs safely and efficiently
n
- Assisting the Site Manager and Area Manager in planning, resourcing receivables and out-loading of grain during both normal and peak season periods
n
- Managing the grain receivals and outload in secure and efficient manner.
n
- Developing and maintaining business relationships, specifically with growers and customers; and maintain awareness of local priorities and issues.
n
- Developing & maintaining effective Grower group/s and dealing closely with internal and external customers
n
