As an SAP Defense & Security (D&S;) Consultant, you will have deep expertise in implementing and supporting the D&S; industry solution for our public sector client. A background in defence, defence industry or public sector will be valuable in understanding how the client operates and in becoming a trusted SME and advisor. You will play a pivotal role in design, configuration, testing and support to meet new and ongoing challenges.

Your Role And Responsibilities

- Contribute to the design, implementation, and support of the SAP Defense & Security (D&S;) Industry Solutionn n
- Organisational Flexibility

- Maintenance / Support for Flight Operations

- Accounting

- Good understanding SAP best practice approach
n
- Cross functional knowledge – supply chain, maintenance and finance
n
- Lead initiatives and your functional area over the lifetime of a project
n
- Engage in implementation planning, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support
n
- Work with cross-functional teams to design effective solutions and ensure end-to-end process integration
n
- Act as a trusted advisor to the client, supporting the business transformation and change management needs and impacts of any solution
n

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

n

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

n

n




- 5+ years of SAP functional experience specialising in the design and configuration of the Defense & Security (D&S;) Industry Solution or Defence Forces Public Security (DFPS) Industry Solution.
n
- Project delivery experience with proven delivery methodology.
n
- Understand key integration aspects of Defense & Security with HR, finance, supply chain, maintenance and procurement.
n
- Understand the data model and processes of the Force Element, Adaptable Material Planning Objects, MRP Areas, Storage Locations and Equipment.
n
- Experience in eliciting business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, implementing SAP configuration, writing detailed specifications for developments, testing and defect resolution, business and user education.
n
- Proven experience in a defence environment, even with other SAP modules would be an advantage.

- Business Process Analysis: Deep expertise in analyzing business processes to identify areas for improvement, with the ability to develop solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance business performance.

- Strategic Change Development: Experience with developing strategies to drive transformation and change, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
n
- Solution Implementation Expertise: Experience in developing and implementing tailored business transformation and change management solutions to enable clients to achieve their business objectives.
