Cricket NSW (CNSW) is focused on leading and growing the game throughout the state. We oversee all cricket from elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs. As a purpose and people led organisation, CNSW aims to inspire everyone to play and love cricket.

ABOUT THE ROLE
n
Reporting to the Clubs & Competitions Manager, in this role you'll be responsible for the experience and retention of players and growth of cricket through associations, clubs and competitions within the Sydney South East area.
n
This is a short-term contract until January 2027.
n
In this role you will:
n
n
- Collaborate internally and externally to deliver outstanding experiences for our customers
n
- Support the development and growth of volunteers in your region
n
- Build strong relationships with associations and clubs, putting the volunteers and players at the center of decision making
n
- Provide leadership, support and development of volunteers to support the delivery of cricket activities, programs and competitions
n
- Increase registered participation rates for 5-12 year olds
n
- Use insights to inform recruitment and retention strategies
n
- Work with volunteers to support the delivery of cricket within your region
n
n

- Excellent at building relationships
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
n
- Experience dealing with and supporting customers
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- Creative approach to solving problems to find win/win solutions

- Desire to listen, learn and develop your skills

- Computer literacy
n
- Ability to work flexibly

- Cricket knowledge is not essential!
