Position Description

The firm is seeking a Lawyer to join its Banking team to work on a diverse mix of challenging finance matters.

n

This role will see you working on a range of matters including corporate lending, real estate finance, acquisition finance and restructures.

n

Requirements

n

You will be a technically capable lawyer with 2-5 years PQE within the banking and finance space.

n

In addition, you will:

n

- Have a client-focused approach.

- Have advanced drafting skills.
n
- Have the ability to build and foster strong client relationships.
n
- Solid attention to detail.
n
