An exciting short-term locum opportunity is available for a Physiotherapist with experience in Aged Care to join our Residential Care Services team in Cheltenham and or Mornington, VIC. This role is perfect for someone looking to make a real difference in the lives of clients while gaining flexible, hands‐on experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.

- Start Date: 8th December

- Duration: 4 weeks

- Workload: Up to 4 days per week (availability Monday – Friday required)

Our work spans aged care facilities and community services across VIC, TAS, NSW, QLD & WA. We also operate a Flagship Studio providing Pilates, Yoga, private physiotherapy, and sports physiotherapy services. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of settings while focusing on your residential care caseload.

Responsibilities:

n

n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver clinical care to clients
n
- Communicate with residents, families, nursing staff, medical practitioners,



allied health practitioners, case managers, and equipment suppliers
n
- Prescribe and review exercises, including leading exercise groups
n
- Collaborate with the broader clinical team and facility management to deliver tailored care
n
- Manage daily schedules effectively, including clinical and non-clinical tasks
n
- Participate in professional development and mentoring opportunities
n
- Deliver education sessions such as falls prevention and manual handling to staff
n

Qualifications & Skills:

n

n
- AHPRA General Registration
n
- Clinical skills to perform assessments, treatment, risk assessments, and mentor junior therapists
n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
n
- Appropriate working visas, National Police Certificate, and NDIS/Working with Children Check
n
