n This role is perfect for a driven Dental Assistant who wants to expand their leadership skills and make a meaningful impact. You'll be working closely with the Centre Leader and supported every step of the way by our regional team and expert Head Office departments in HR, IT, and more.

What You'll Be Doing Your role will be a dynamic mix of practice operations, team support, and patient care. You'll:nn
- Assist with reception, chairside, and sterilisation duties
n
- Help lead the day-to-day running of the centre
n
- Manage stock, assist with financial reporting and rostering
n
- Support your team with leadership, guidance, and training
n
- Ensure compliance, safety, and exceptional patient experiences
n

What You'll Bring to the Teamnn




- Dental experience is essential — leadership experience is a big plus
n
- Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting (or equivalent knowledge)
n
- Confidence in your ability to support and guide others
n
- A warm, approachable communication style
n
- Commitment to excellence, teamwork, and reliability
n
