Responsibilities:

- Identify New Business Opportunities: Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new clients in pump industries such as manufacturing, water management, food and other sectors where pumps are essential.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with the key decision-makers, ensuring only the highest levels of customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Regularly conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activity. Use these insights to tailor business strategies and keep the company at the forefront in the market.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales plans aimed at achieving both short- and long-term business growth objectives. Regularly track and report on sales performance and pipeline development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical, marketing, and product development departments, to deliver comprehensive and customized solutions to clients.
- After-Sales Support: Ensure the smooth delivery and installation of pump systems, providing after-sales support and addressing any technical or operational concerns.

Qualifications:

- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales and account management, experience in the industrial or allied pump sectors, fluid handling,



or related equipment industries would be preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid technical understanding of pump systems and/or fluid mechanics, and the various applications of industrial pumps across different sectors would be an advantage.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Sales-Driven: A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Problem Solver: Ability to quickly understand client challenges and propose solutions that add value and address specific needs.
- Collaborative Team Player: Capable of working independently and within the team, with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Adaptability: Ability to navigate and thrive in a competitive and fast-paced market.
