We’re looking for a detail-oriented, curious, and quality-focused QA Analyst to help ensure our products are reliable, intuitive, and ready for users. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys finding issues, thinking from the user's perspective, and working closely with development teams to deliver high-quality software.

? Key Responsibilities

- Create and execute test cases for new features, updates, and product releases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to investigate and resolve issues.
- Validate fixes and ensure reported problems are properly addressed.
- Review product requirements and identify potential quality risks.
- Maintain organized test documentation, test results, and QA reports.
- Support release testing and help ensure software meets defined quality standards.
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover unexpected issues and edge cases.
- Contribute ideas for improving testing processes, tools, and workflows.

? What We’re Looking For




- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA processes.
- Ability to create transparent, structured test cases and bug reports.
- Familiarity with web or mobile application testing is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of APIs, SQL, or database concepts is beneficial.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, TestRail, Postman, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Curious mindset with an ability to question assumptions and investigate problems.
- Willingness to learn testing tools, automation concepts, and modern QA practices.
