? About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-focused and curious QA Analyst to help deliver reliable, user-friendly, and high-quality software. You’ll test recent features, investigate unexpected behavior, document defects, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve the overall quality of our applications.

? Key Responsibilities

- Review product requirements and identify potential quality risks.
- Create and execute functional, regression, exploratory, and integration tests.
- Validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Identify, reproduce, document, and track software defects.
- Test web applications across different browsers, devices, and environments.
- Assist with API testing and basic backend validation.
- Collaborate with developers to investigate and resolve reported issues.
- Maintain test cases, test plans, results, and QA documentation.
- Support release testing and pre-production validation.
- Perform usability checks from an end-user perspective.
- Contribute ideas to improve testing processes and product quality.

?️ What We’re Looking For





- Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies.
- Familiarity with functional testing, regression testing, and defect life cycles.
- Understanding of web applications and software development workflows.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Postman, TestRail, or similar is a plus.
- Basic SQL or scripting knowledge is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and investigative thinking.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work effectively with developers and cross-functional teams.
- Curious mindset with a strong willingness to learn.
