Role Description This full-time remote role as a QA Analyst / Junior QA Analyst / Quality Assurance Tester (Entry / Junior Level) focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of software products. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing requirements, creating and executing test cases, performing manual testing across different devices and environments, and documenting defects with explicit, actionable details.

The role involves collaborating with developers, product owners, and other team members to clarify issues, participate in test planning, and verify fixes before release. The QA professional will also assist in maintaining test documentation, supporting regression testing, and contributing to continuous improvement of quality assurance processes.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to understand requirements, identify edge cases, and interpret test results.
- Foundational knowledge of quality assurance and quality control principles and practices.




- Experience or training in manual testing, including designing and executing test scenarios.
- Ability to write, organize, and maintain clear, structured test cases and test documentation.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to identifying and tracking defects.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies is beneficial.
- Comfort with using issue tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail or similar) is a plus.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to new tools and processes, and grow within a quality-focused environment.
