We’re looking for a detail-oriented, curious, and quality-driven QA Analyst to help ensure our software is stable, reliable, and ready for real-world users. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys investigating problems, thinking critically, and working closely with development and product teams to deliver a better experience.

? Key Responsibilities

- Create and execute test cases for new features, updates, and releases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Identify, reproduce, document, and track software defects.
- Review requirements and identify potential quality risks before development and release.
- Collaborate with developers to investigate issues and verify fixes.
- Maintain test plans, test cases, QA documentation, and test results.
- Support release validation and ensure features meet expected requirements.
- Perform cross-browser, device, and usability checks where appropriate.
- Investigate unexpected application behavior and edge cases.
- Contribute ideas to improve testing processes, workflows, and product quality.

? What We’re Looking For
- Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies.




- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to write clear test cases and detailed bug reports.
- Familiarity with web or mobile application testing is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of APIs, SQL, or database concepts is beneficial.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Postman, TestRail, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Curious mindset with the ability to investigate issues thoroughly.
- Willingness to learn test automation and modern QA technologies.
- Ability to work effectively with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
