An immediate opportunity is available for an experienced QA Coordinator to join a major infrastructure project in Perth on a temporary assignment.
Roster: Monday to Friday
Start date: Immediate
Duration: approx. 3 months - with potential to extend for the right person
Pay Rate: $65 - $75 p/h + Super depending on experience

The Role This role will suit someone with strong quality assurance, technical writing and document control experience who can step into a fast-paced project environment and support the delivery of accurate, compliant quality documentation.
Working closely with construction, engineering and client stakeholders, you will coordinate project quality documentation and ensure records are maintained accurately and in line with project quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Coordinating and maintaining project QA documentation and compliance records
- Preparing, reviewing and managing ITPs and MDRs
- Managing lot closures and associated quality records
- Supporting quality management and document control processes
- Producing clear and accurate technical documentation
- Maintaining project information across relevant systems
- Liaising with construction, engineering and client stakeholders
- Ensuring documentation is completed accurately and within strict project deadlines
Required Experience
- Proven QA coordination experience on major infrastructure projects
- Strong technical writing and document control skills
- Experience with QA documentation, ITPs, MDRs, lot closures and compliance records
- Strong understanding of quality management processes
- Proficiency with SharePoint and Excel
- Experience with A-Site and Field View
- Exposure to electrical, ITS, roads and/or civil construction projects will be highly regarded
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence working with construction, engineering and client stakeholders
- Experience working in fast-paced project environments with strict delivery deadlines
- Availability to commence immediately
