Overview:

We’re seeking experienced conveyancers skilled across all areas, ready to join a smart, fully remote team.

You will be responsible for:

- Contract exchange
- Prepare Seller Disclosures - Form 2
- Conduct necessary searches and enquiries
- Manage conveyancing files from start to settlement




- Liaise with clients over phone or video calls
- Ensure a smooth and timely settlement process
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and legal support

Job requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in conveyancing, able to handle a range of conveyancing matters- commercial, subdivision or off-the-plan experience is a definite plus.
- Skilled with PEXA and Revenue Duties compliance
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
