About the role

Cubby Care Beenleigh is seeking Educators to join our team. With our newly upgraded outdoor play spaces, a recent Assessment & Rating result of Meeting the National Quality Standard, and a passionate, established team, this is a great time to become part of Cubby Care Beenleigh.

Key responsibilities

- Provide high-quality early learning and care
- Build meaningful relationships with children and families
- Contribute to a supportive and connected team culture
- Support children's learning and development in newly upgraded outdoor learning and play environments

About you

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or actively working towards an ACECQA-approved qualification
- Current Blue Card, or willingness to obtain one
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications, or willingness to obtain them
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A warm, positive and skilled approach
- A passion for building meaningful relationships with children and families
