We are excited to announce an chance for a Casual Quality Assistant to join our dynamic team at Nucleus Network.

Since our founding in 2004, Nucleus Network has successfully conducted over 1500 phase 1 clinical trials for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies from the USA, Europe, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and China.
About the role
Quality Assistants play a key role in supporting our Quality team by coordinating training records and maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS). Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will help ensure training and quality processes are managed accurately and remain compliant with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Quality and clinical research within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
This is a casual position, with approximately 0.6 FTE hours available Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
Key responsibilities
- Administering training assignments, completions and attendance records within the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Responding to training-related enquiries and providing support to staff
- Maintaining accurate Quality records, databases and filing systems
- Assisting with Quality metrics reporting and departmental administration activities
- Supporting Quality compliance initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure training and compliance requirements are met
Requirements
- A tertiary qualification in Science or Quality
- Knowledge of global Good Clinical Practice (GCP) requirements
- Experience with Quality System Documentation and Good Documentation Practices
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- An interest in Quality, compliance and clinical research
