? We’re Hiring: Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality management initiatives, establish quality standards, and ensure consistent compliance across products, services, and business processes. This role is ideal for individuals with strong quality management, problem-solving, leadership, and process improvement skills.

? Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.

• Establish quality control processes and performance indicators to ensure consistent quality.

• Lead quality inspections, audits, testing, and process reviews across relevant operations.

• Monitor product, service, and operational quality against established standards and requirements.

• Identify quality issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Develop and maintain quality management systems, documentation, and reporting processes.

• Conduct internal quality audits and coordinate external audits when required.

• Monitor compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

• Analyze quality data, trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

• Work closely with operations, production, engineering, product, and other departments to resolve quality issues.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, consistency, and overall quality performance.

• Develop quality reports and provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management.

• Train and mentor team members on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

• Manage quality-related projects and ensure timely implementation of improvement initiatives.

✅ Requirements





• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, operations, or a related role.

• Previous experience managing or leading a quality assurance team is preferred.

• Strong understanding of quality management systems, audit processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Knowledge of relevant quality standards, regulations, and compliance requirements is a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify process and quality issues.

• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis, reporting, and quality management tools.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong commitment to quality, compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
