This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team at a pivotal time. As our Workers Compensation business continues to expand, you'll play a key role in strengthening quality practices, embedding compliance frameworks and supporting major business and system transformation initiatives. Working across risk and operational teams, you'll turn insights into action, helping ensure we deliver outstanding customer outcomes while meeting our regulatory obligations.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Boorloo (Perth).

What You'll Do

- Conduct quality assurance reviews and analyse outcomes to identify trends, strengthen controls and improve operational performance.

- Monitor compliance with legislative requirements and business processes across Workers Compensation operations.

- Maintain and enhance operational knowledge resources, procedures and tools to support consistent business practices.

- Partner with stakeholders across risk and compliance to provide advice, insights and practical solutions.

- Support business improvement, system enhancement and transformation initiatives.

- Contribute to risk profiling activities by identifying emerging risks, recommending controls and supporting effective decision making.

What You'll Bring

- Experience within Workers Compensation, gained in claims, quality, compliance, governance or a related technical role.

- Knowledge of compliance, governance and risk management principles, with a practical and solutions- focused mindset.

- Ability to interpret legislation,



business requirements and policies to provide trusted advice.

- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and confidence working with diverse teams across the business.

- Experience identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls or customer outcomes.

- Resilience, curiosity and the ability to manage competing priorities in a changing environment.

- ANZIIF qualifications or relevant tertiary studies will be highly regarded.
