Pearl Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Reach Stacker Operator for a temporary position with the opportunity to move into permanent full-time employment. This position is with a well-established logistics and industrial services organisation based in Bibra Lake.
These positions will see you working within a quick-paced operational environment supporting large-scale warehousing, container handling, and logistics operations. The business is known for its strong safety culture, structured operations, and long-term employment opportunities

- Hours: Monday – Friday
About the role: This role offers a stable, long-term opportunity within a well-established organisation, supported by a structured and team-oriented team environment. It provides exposure to diverse operational duties across automated systems and container handling operations, with opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities within the team.
Working in a fast-paced industrial environment, you will be responsible for supporting daily operational activities across automated processing and container handling while maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.
- Operating container handling equipment rated greater than 20,000kg
- Operating Reach Stacker to move and stack containers
- Operating sortation machinery and associated equipment
- Assisting with team supervision, inductions, and on-the-job training
- Supporting day-to-day operational performance and workflow coordination
- Maintaining safe work practices and following operational procedures at all times
- Supporting warehouse and yard operations as required
Requirements
- Previous experience within warehouse, logistics, transport, container handling, or industrial operations
- Current Reach Stacker Licence/Ticket with demonstrated operating experience
- Experience operating Reach Stackers, or similar heavy mobile plant (20T )
- Experience handling shipping containers within busy operational environments
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety procedures
- Ability to work within a fast-paced operational environment
- Reliable work ethic and strong communication skills
- Experience with team leadership, training, or supervision highly regarded
- Full Australian working rights
