- Developing new products that meet the project charter while considering costs, material requirements, manufacturing processes, and other key charter targets.
- Collaborating with the product engineering and product application teams to review project feasibility.
- Design detailed project plans with product engineering, laboratory, and product application teams to manage all product development processes.
- Design products. This may include making calculation of product dimensions, 3D/2D drawings, and BOM.
- Overseeing the research, engineering, manufacturing, testing, and safekeeping of prototypes.
- Resolving production and product testing issues.
- Create weekly reports providing details on the progress of product development projects.
- Monthly review and update project schedule.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in design Engineering or a relevant field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Accurate and solid attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Competent Knowledge of engineering software, i.e. 3D/2D CAD CFD, FEA etc.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Flute in English.
