Pearl Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Reach Stacker Operator for a temporary position with the opportunity to move into permanent full-time employment. This position is with a well-established logistics and industrial services organisation based in Bibra Lake.

These positions will see you working within a fast-paced operational setting supporting large-scale warehousing, container handling, and logistics operations. The business is known for its strong safety culture, structured operations, and long-term employment opportunities

- Rate: $41.24 p/hr + Super
- Position: Temp to Permanent (Opportunity)
- Location: Bibra Lake, WA
- Hours: Monday – Friday

About the role: This role offers a stable, long-term opportunity within a well-established organisation, supported by a structured and collaborative team environment. It provides exposure to diverse operational duties across automated systems and container handling operations, with opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities within the team. Working in a fast-paced industrial environment, you will be responsible for supporting daily operational activities across automated processing and container handling while maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating fully automated core line operations
- Operating fully automatic dump press equipment (TriPak)




- Operating container handling equipment rated greater than 20,000kg
- Operating Reach Stacker to move and stack containers
- Operating sortation machinery and associated equipment
- Assisting with team supervision, inductions, and on-the-job training
- Supporting day-to-day operational performance and workflow coordination
- Maintaining safe work practices and following operational procedures at all times
- Supporting warehouse and yard operations as required

Requirements

- Previous experience within warehouse, logistics, transport, container handling, or industrial operations
- Current Reach Stacker Licence/Ticket with demonstrated operating experience
- Experience operating Reach Stackers, or similar heavy mobile plant (20T+)
- Experience handling shipping containers within busy operational environments
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety procedures
- Ability to work within a fast-paced operational environment
- Reliable work ethic and strong communication skills
- Experience with team leadership, training, or supervision highly regarded
- Full Australian working rights
