Role Description This full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role is located in Gungahlin and involves working directly with clients throughout the property transaction process.

The Real Estate

Agent will prospect for new listings, conduct property appraisals, and manage open homes and inspections. Daily responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, preparing marketing materials, coordinating photography and online listings, and negotiating offers and contracts. The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation, liaising with solicitors and lenders, and providing ongoing customer service before, during, and after settlement.



The successful candidate will contribute to agency sales goals while upholding high ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License (or be eligible to obtain one under local regulations).
