YOUR DAY-TO-DAY As our Service Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face of the Service Department, providing a professional and positive experience for every customer.

Your responsibilities will include

- Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Greeting and assisting customers visiting the Service Department
- Directing customers and visitors to the appropriate team members




- Managing and logging telephone enquiries
- Processing invoices
- Filing and general administrative duties
- Supporting the Service Team to ensure an exceptional customer experience

ABOUT YOU You’ll be a confident, polished and customer-focused professional who enjoys working with people.

We’re looking for

- Previous reception and/or customer service experience
- Outstanding personal presentation
- An energetic, enthusiastic and professional attitude
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
